- Sailing times are approx every 60 minutes. Peak sailings are approx every 30 minutes (early morning and evening sailings may vary).
- Walk-up service, on demand passenger boarding. Expect to queue to board walk-up service, prior to timetable departure times. Tickets valid for all walk-up sailings.

- DEPARTURE POINT - Pier 11 and 12, Downtown Ferry Terminal, Auckland.
- Walk-up ferry operates from 6am to midnight.
- You are not required to prebook, you will be required to present purchase voucher to the Fullers booking office to exchange your voucher for a ferry ticket
- Accessible transport to all our customers travelling with a disability. Extreme tide or weather may mean that some of the listed destinations become unaccessible to wheelchairs
- All vessels, sailings and itineraries are subject to change at Fullers’ discretion for reasons of weather conditions, sea states and/or for operational requirements. Fullers will not be liable for any consequential losses or additional costs incurred as a result of cancellation
- There are a variety of car park buildings close to the Downtown Ferry Terminal, the closest being the Downtown Car park located on the corner of Customs Street West and Albert Street
- A selection of food and beverages can be purchased on board. The vessels are fully licensed with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available for purchase
- EFTPOS is available at all ticket offices and on most vessels. Services to Waiheke all have EFTPOS facilities onboard. All major credit cards are accepted but we DO NOT accept cheques unless under prior arrangement
- Can I take my dog on the ferry? Yes, dogs travel free with any fare paying passenger. Animals are not permitted within cabin areas with the exception of official guide dogs There is allocated seating on the external decks for those travelling with pets
- Bikes travel free with any fare paying passenger. Bike hooks can be found on the external rear decks of most of our ferries. Using these hooks reduces the potential of your bike falling and causing damage or injury
- Tickets for Fullers360 Experiences and Tours may be exchanged or refunded up to 48 hours prior to time of travel.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of travel time.
- Customers must travel on the time and date that has been booked with tickets displaying the correct time and date of travel.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction

These tickets were cheaper than paying at the ticket office.
These tickets were cheaper than paying at the ticket office. Collecting the tickets was a breeze. The boat was prompt and fairly quick. The scenery on the way was stunning. Toilets and other facilities on board. Waiheke Island itself was amazing and a must-go!

We had cappuccinos that were amazing and the staff were friendly.
My husband and I were visiting from Australia and caught the ferry to Waiheke Island. We had cappuccinos that were amazing and the staff were friendly. The ferry was on time and the seats were very comfortable, the staff made sure our trip was very comfortable.

Beautiful ferry ride to Waiheke
Beautiful ferry ride to Waiheke - quick and easy! Comfortable on-board and its good there was a snack bar on board to keep the kids quiet on the trip over haha
