What To Bring
  • Riders must be fully clothed and wearing closed shoes
Additional Information
  • No riding experience is required, assistance is going to be provided, if required
  • Riders need to be 18 years old or older to be able to use our services
  • Riders must be between 60 kg and 115 kg due to the physical limits of the simulator
  • During standard operation the motorcycle can lean up to 50 degrees, riding with a medical condition is not recommended
Cancellation Policy
  • You can change the day or time of any in-store simulator experience booking made through our website up to 48 hours prior to your booked time. If you need to cancel or postpone your experience within 48 hours, there is a rebooking fee of up to $50
  • If you do not show up for your booking and you have not changed the booking at least 48 hours prior to the experience start time, your booking will be cancelled without refund
  • Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase will incur an admin fee of 20% of the purchase price. Refunds are only available to the purchaser for valid bookings. After the elapse of 7 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be granted for ‘Change of Mind’

  • Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
  • Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
  • Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
