What you need to know

This "Wilderness Safari" jet boating and wilderness exploration option on the waters and banks of the Dart River in the spectacular Queenstown region of New Zealand will take you on a thrilling and scenic adventure through the alpine peaks and pristine waters of Mount Aspiring National Park. Combining both a jet boat experience with a guided ancient forest walk to explore some of NZ's unique vegetation and wildlife and a "Back Country 4WD" tour aboard a safari vehicle, the Wilderness Safari offers one of the most comprehensive experiences with an emphasis on New Zealand's incredible natural aspects.

Perform spins and various other high-speed manoeuvres amongst the shallow and winding channels of the Dart River aboard a powerful jet boat, then join your experienced, friendly and professional wilderness guide to explore the World Heritage-protected Mt Aspiring National Park with its great mix of inspiring scenery and native wildlife. Cap it all off by climbing aboard a purpose-built off road safari vehicle for a 4WD experience along some hidden tracks within New Zealand's famously beautiful "high country". With 3 great experiences in one, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better value way to get the best out of what Queenstown's natural showcase has to offer!
